天津科技大中日友好講座 第一回 劉江永教授

天津科技大学の中日友好講座がスタートしました。第一回は劉江永清華大学国際問題研究所教授による「中日両国関係の現状と展望」というテーマでした。

同行した学生は大変喜んでくれ、戻ってから友人に話して、「行くべき！」と力説した学生もいて、紹介してよかったと思いました。南村先生が劉教授とお引き合わせ下さいました。

1972年の日中国交回復から現在の福田総理に至るまでの歴史について、概略をご説明いただいた後、日本政府の対応が良ければ、中国との関係が改善するといったお話がありました。福田内閣への期待が大きいことも感じました。どこの人民も、他国と友好関係を築けるような政府を選ばねばなりません。今それができていないなら、人民がそういった政治体制を作っていくしかない、ということに尽きる気がします。世界に誇れる日本国憲法と、それを遵守する政府を選べる人民でありたいと思います。

土曜日の午前中はK大学の学生３人と太極拳へ。午後は別の２人とお買い物ツアー。世話焼きは性分でしょうか？喜んでくれる顔が見ると、自分も幸せになるからですね。

今朝、初めて１人で、郵便局でＥＭＳを出してきました。実は結構ドキドキしました。

115元もしました。ここでは、100元札は、気分的には１万円出す感じ。もちろん日本円なら1500円くらいですが、物価は１／１０ですから。たかが封書一通なのに高い！と思ってしまうのは、中国に馴染んだ証拠？？

やりとりが終わったら、郵便局員の女性が、「葉書いらないか？」と聞いてきて、「いらない。」と答えましたが、「いくら？」と聞いたら、「１元６角」とのこと。他のお客さんとのやりとりで、「１元ないか？」「ある。」といった簡単なやりとりが簡単、と感じられて嬉しかったです。

郵便局に行く時、自転車に乗った人のズボンのポケットから、お札が落ちそうだったので、「ちょっと待って！お金が！」と教えてあげました。その人が止まってまさぐっていたら、逆に2元落ちてしまったので、拾ってあげて、「だから言ったのです。」と渡してあげました。気分が良くなりました。最近、聞き取れるようになったし、少し話せるようにもなってきたと思います。あと８ヶ月半、「努力学習」（nulixuexi）ヌーリーシュエシー→頑張るしかありません。

夕べはというか今朝は２時まで仕事をしてしまったので、ゆっくり食事をして、久しぶりに、ゆっくりテレビを見てしまいました。芸術日本一の石川県の話しでした。

通称「まるびー」＝「２１世紀美術館」に行ってみたくなりました。

　Tianjin University of Science & Technology’s extension lectures started.

The first lecturer was Prof. Liu Jiangyong from Tsinghua University Institute of International Studies. His lecture dealt with the relationship between China & Japan. My students were impressed by his talk.  One of the students told her friend, “You should listen to the lectures.” I felt very happy to hear that. I had the honor of having Mr. Minamimura introduce me to Prof. Liu Jiangyong. I think that the most important thing is that we choose a government that can establish an enduring friendship with all other countries. If that is not currently possible, I feel that we have no choice but to create a political establishment in which it is.  

 Satuｒday morning, I went with three students of K University to taichi. In the afternoon I went with two other students of K University to go shopping. Their delighted faces made me happy.

 Sunday, I went to the post office by myself to send an express letter. To tell the truth, I was tense. I usually go there with my friends who can speak Chinese. I paid 115 yuan for it. I felt that was expensive. Of course, that was 1500 yen in Japan. But, China is inexpensive. So, I felt like spending 100 yuan corresponds to 10,000 yen in Japan. Prices are 10 times as much in Japan.   

  The post office woman said, “Do you need a post card?” I said, “No, but how much dose it cost?” She said, “It’s 1.6 yuan.” The other customer exchanged words with her. I could understand what they said. That was very simple. But, when I begun to study Chinese, I couldn’t pick up even the simplest words. I was glad to have made progress.

  I helped a man who almost lost his money. I informed him that his money was about to fall from his rear pocket. I did a good thing, so I felt good about myself. My Chinese listening and speaking are improving.

  On Satuｒday, I worked until midnight. Sunday morning I got up late. I took breakfast very slowly and watched TV. The TV program was about Ishikawa prefecture in Japan. Ishikawa was very famous for its art. One of the museums looked very nice. I want to go to the 21-century museum in the future.
